Poirier
Fish and Game Territory has exclusive fishing and
hunting rights on 320 km² (124 mi.²) in
Provincial zone 12, bordering La Vérendrye Park on
the South-East side. Only 236 km (150 mi.) from Ottawa or
360 km (223 mi.) from Montréal, the territory is easily
accessible from Hwy 117 (La Vérendrye Park), then by
turning left onto secondary Route 14 West at km post 293.
The Poirier family has been Fishing and Hunting Outfitters
since 1940, therefore know all the Sportsmen’s needs.
The main camp, on lake Delahey, renowned
for it’s Walleye and Northern Pike Fishing, is accessible
by car, and it is only 41 km (26 mi.) from Hwy 117 on route
14 West! Northern Pike, Lake Trout and Speckled Trout are
found in our Outpost lakes. Although some outpost lakes and
hunting territories are accessible by car, we suggest the
use of a truck or ATV.
